Job Description

Breeze End Technology is currently looking for a motivated individual to serve as a Website Project Coordinator in our software engineering department. In this position, you’ll work with the software development team and assist with the design, development, maintenance and implementation of multiple internally developed applications and/or websites. In addition, you’ll collaborate with other areas of Digital Strategy as well as internal stakeholders. We aim to provide an opportunity to get you involved with real software/website development projects and challenges, work with subject matter experts, and contribute to finding innovative ways to engage our internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team with photo sourcing within websites based on client vision, goals, and project manager direction.
  • Attend weekly client meetings facilitated by project managers, compile meeting notes, and create developer tasks after client meetings.
  • Work closely with the development team on client projects.
  • Assist the project management team in formatting, styling, and editing website content based on approved client designs.
  • Assist the development team with low-level website tickets.
  • The Project Manage website requests projects, when applicable.
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Work with team members to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, identify issues or delays, and report them to the project manager.
  • Prepare and update project status reports, including budget tracking, timelines, and resource usage.
  • Ensure compliance with project deadlines, standards, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between project stakeholders and team members.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Assign tasks to team members and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure that project needs are met promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
  • Ensure that all necessary tools and resources are available to the project team.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that all project records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in drafting project proposals, contracts, and other documents as required.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Previous internship or work experience in project coordination or related fields is desirable but not required.
  • A basic understanding of website development, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with the Squarespace platform, specifically with content building..
  • Ability to work and communicate in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, act independently, and prioritize.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.
