You will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing initiatives as a Social Media Specialist, leveraging your knowledge of various social media platforms to increase our visibility online and foster meaningful interactions with our target demographic. Social Media & Content Marketer Job Duties
- Identify trends in customer engagement & build digital plans based off those trends.
- Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan/social media strategy & make recommendations for improvements.
- Experience in post strategy development, content development, posts designs creation, and social media advertisement.
- To make meaningful connections and inspire people to take action, you should create, edit, publish, and share content (thought leadership, creative content pieces, images, videos, or HTML) every day.

- Develop creative content for each platform based on demographics important to Breeze End Technology.
- Work cohesively with the sales executives and project manager to develop social media plans to coincide with sales goals and the
- representation of Breeze End Technology business targets.
- To increase the visibility of the business' social media material, you should make a corporate page for each platform and optimize it.
- Maintain & develop content for the following: Facebook; Instagram; Twitter; Constant Contact; Pinterest; Tik Tok; LinkedIn; Google
- My Business; YouTube; Reddit; Quora; Bluesky; Artifact; Tumblr; Website Updates etc.
- Oversee company interaction with the public with social media guidelines in mind to maintain and develop community
- engagement.
- Weekly or bi-weekly statistical analysis.
- To increase the visibility of the business' social media material, you should: • Make a corporate page for each platform and optimize it.
- Management of reputation includes identifying key players and coordinating actions with other departments (consumer relations, design, sales, etc.).
- Observing developments and best practices in social media (particularly AI)
- Advising on how to fine-tune the approach to social media advertising for best outcomes.
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for employing AI-powered platforms for collaborative content creation, scalability, and dissemination are required. An undergraduate degree in digital marketing, marketing, media sciences, or a closely connected discipline is required.
- Management of reputation includes identifying key players and coordinating actions with other departments (consumer relations,
- design, sales, etc.).
- Experience with content marketing and social media for at least three years, either in-house or at a company, startup, or agency.
- Possess stellar verbal and written communication skills; in-depth knowledge of social media management and strategy essential.
- The ability to prioritize work and complete multiple things at once.
- Work well under intense time constraints and pressure.
- Ability to use Canva is a must.
- Possess outstanding expertise in using social networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Knowing how to measure and improve search engine rankings and website traffic is essential.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on three years of experience in digital marketing from an esteemed company.
- Have hands on experience in running campaigns on social media platform.
- Experience with content marketing and social media for at least three years, either in-house or at a company, startup, or agency.
- Have hands on experience in post strategy development, content development, posts designs creation, and social media advertisement.
- Exceptional public relations and the tendency of problems solving of clients.
- Exemplary communication skills to convince prospective clients about the company’s products or services.
- In-depth know-how in terms of the usage tactics of online marketing tools.
- Professional Microsoft office skills are mandatory.
- Handle the pressure of work with a calm mindset.
- Expertise in multi-tasking, setting priorities and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or Public Administration.
