- Collaborate with development, design, and operations teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Document and track issues, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on test results and quality status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously update testing strategies and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or testing roles.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is preferred.
