Job Description
Breeze End Technology's Human Resources Director ("HR") is in charge of creating and overseeing all HR-related initiatives. Personnel matters such as organizational development, planning, payroll, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance evaluation, and relevant employment legislation are all within the Director of Human Resources' skill set. To excel in this position, you must possess strong analytical thinking abilities, meticulousness, and the capacity to work in harmony with leadership objectives while receiving minimum supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in technical recruitment, onboarding processes, contract reviews, and management, as well as other HR-related tasks.
- Client coordination is a key aspect of this role.
- Ensure personnel files are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Formulates and recommends human resources policies and objectives for the entire company.
- Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish positive employer-employee and employee-employee relationships.
- Full life cycle processing of bi-weekly/monthly payroll through Paycom
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions
- Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with human resources policies and governmental laws and regulations
- Conduct technical recruitment processes to attract and select qualified candidates.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
- Approves recommendations for terminations and disciplinary actions.
- Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and manpower forecasting throughout the company
- Review and manage employment contracts to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Establishes performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and works in conjunction with the Compliance Department to develop company safety and health programs.
- Collaborates with the Head of Talent to ensure standard recruiting practices and procedures resulting in a diverse workforce.
- Designs and delivers orientation training, ongoing education, and development programs to the company.
- Oversee various HR-related tasks to support the overall functioning of the department.
- Responsible for administration of and compliance with all AAP / EEOC policies and procedures.
- Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.
- Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
- Communicates changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed.
- Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Collaborates with Corporate Compliance Counsel on personnel or legal matters.
- Works directly with department directors to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters
- Recommends, evaluates, and participates in staff development for the organization.
- Coordinate with clients to address their HR-related needs and maintain positive relationships.
- Develops and maintains a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information needs.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources.
- Minimum of five to seven years of human resource management.
- Experience working with and optimizing Paycom.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager, particularly in small company settings.
- Strong background in technical recruitment and onboarding procedures
- Proficient in contract reviews and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of employees.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

- Flexibility to work 4 hours a day.
- Breeze End Technology conducts pre-hire background checks, fingerprints, drug testing, TB testing, verification of employment history and/or reference checks prior to employment
